Notes and services:

• pets allowed if small sized (preferably with own cage);
• cots for children on demand (on payment);
• final cleaning included in price;
• bed linen and towels included in price;
• Italian breakfast include in price;
• car parking in the surroundings (free and on payment).

 

General Conditions  and reductions

• check-in: from 11.00 (am);
• check-out: within 10.00 (am);
• children under 12 years old: 50% reduction  ;
• children under 3 years old: free stay;
• long period: up to15-20% reduction on the total amount of the reservation; (every case will be valued according to the period and the kind of accommodation requested).

 

Payment Conditions

• According to the manager's decision, it is possible to confirm the reservation  without paying any advanced fee;
• paymento f the balance at the arrival (preferably on cash. Credit cards are not accepted).
